An alternative traffic control system to portable traffic signals is the use of Stop and Go boards.

Stop and Go systems can be provided to suit a large number of differing highway operations, including re-surfacing operations, civil engineering and utility operations, even tree surgery that may be taking place adjacent to or over open traffic lanes.

Moving Stop and Go operations are being utilised more and more for shorter term minor works, and moving operations, such as gulley cleansing on busier roads, to control traffic.

​

All of our personnel are fully trained in the use of this form of traffic control, utilising two-way radio communication systems with a dedicated channel, to communicate vehicle flow information between stop and go board operators.
