Bewdley Flood Risk Management Scheme- Worcestershire
Duration: Started August 2023 and will last approx 18 months
Construction of a 300m length of wall between Stourport Rd and eastern bank of the River Severn
Additionally a new flood wall will be built linking Bewdley Bridge with Pleasant Harbour
Our involvement includes 2-phase and multi-phase portable traffic signals, pedestrian Management, full time one way road closure / diversion, overnight total closure / diversion, applying for and managing TTRO's

B4455 Fosse Way jnc with Harbury Lane & Chesterton Road- Harbury, Warwickshire
Duration: 16 months
Construction of a new signal controlled junction at B4455 and Harbury Lane that had been identified as an accident blackspot
Our involvement included set up and manual control of multi-phase portable traffic signals during peak hours along with overnight road closures to facilitate surfacing and white lining, applying for and managing TTRO's
Evesham Road Roundabout S.278 Works-
Stratford-upon-Avon
Duration: 23 months duration
Construction of a new roundabout as part of a new housing development forming the Stratford Western Bypass
Our involvement included 2-phase and multi-phase portable traffic signals with manual operation during peak times and overnight road closures to facilitate surfacing and white lining, applying for and managing TTRO's

Hoobrook Roundabout- Kidderminster
Duration: 12 months
The improvement works included:

additional lanes and signalisation on the three main arms and the roundabout itself to improve the flow and manoeuvrability of traffic

reconfiguring the central island and the splitter islands at each junction, including Wilden Lane approach
As part of the scheme, some footways in the area were also widened to create improved footway and cycleway where possible, along with an upgraded crossing on Chester Road South.

A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme (BREP)- Worcestershire
Duration: Various
Various individual highway improvement schemes as part of the A38 Bromsgrove Route Enhancement Programme which was designed to support economic growth in the area.
Whilst we have not been involved in all of the schemes, we we have been heavily involved in the initial part of the project.

Southern Link Road- Worcester
Duration: Various
The A4440 Worcester Southern Link Road, is one of Worcestershire's busiest roads, accessed by over 30,000 cars each week day.
The scheme included dualling the entire length of the road from the M5 to the Powick roundabout, as well as a number of walking and cycling improvements
Our involvement included, lane closures, contra-flows, night working, applying for and managing TTRO's
